HURRICANE SANDY DELINQUENCY C.O.D. RELIEF

This announcement replaces the prior posting of October 31, 2012 regarding the additional days for retailer final payment due dates and manufacturer/wholesaler notification dates.

Due to the continuing large volume of reports regarding wholesalers and retailers affected by Hurricane Sandy, the SLA has amended the Liquor and Wine Credit Calendar and the Beer and Wine Products Credit Calendar for deliveries prior to the October 29th storm.

Retailers will have an additional 15 business days to make payment. For liquor and wine invoices featuring delivery dates of September 27th through October 28th view the Liquor and Wine Credit Calendar link for the new final payment date Link to Updated Credit Calendar. Beer and wine products deliveries of October 15th through October 28th will have a new final payment date of December 4th.

Likewise, delinquent list reporting for wholesalers will be pushed back 15 additional business days. For liquor and wine invoices with delivery dates of September 27th through October 28th view the Liquor and Wine Credit Calendar link for adjusted notification dates Link to Updated Credit Calendar. Beer invoices with a delinquent notice notice date of November 15 will now be December 7th and a notification date of November 16 will now be December 10th.
