Liquor stores may provide or sell at cost (i.e. not for a profit) gift wrapping and packaging, including gift bags. Liquor stores may also assemble a “gift package” of alcoholic beverages that includes non-food items such as wrapping paper, a bow, packaging (such as a basket), or gift items (such as a stuffed animal), however all such non-food gift items must given away or sold at cost (not for a profit) and must be sold in combination with alcoholic beverages as a single “gift package" that has been fully assembled by the licensee.
