SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT APPLICATIONS

Effective Monday, November 1, 2010 - In our continuing effort to simplify and expedite the special event permit process, the SLA has introduced new applications for special events Link to Special Event Permit Applications Page. Applicants, please take note that effective November 1, 2010, the SLA will no longer accept the old special event permit applications.

Effective Wednesday, August 25, 2010 - All special event permit applications must be sent to the following address:

New York, NY 10008-3796

Applications will no longer be accepted in the zone offices. Applications sent to Zone offices will be delayed and may not be issued in time for the planned event.
