SLA / ABC ReVitalization Project

SLA/ABC Revitalization Project Request for Information (RFI) is the first step in gathering information that will enable the agency to implement a state of the art licensing and compliance solution to electronically accept and process license applications and renewals, as well as to receive and process complaints and legal documents associated with inappropriate actions, in or around, a licensed establishment.

The agency is seeking a solution that will provide the ability to integrate all SLA/ABC functions associated with licensing and enforcement, including SLA Board actions, as well as with the shared services solution being established with other licensing agencies. Once implemented, the solution should also provide agency management with the ability to obtain accurate and reliable performance measurement data, such as timeliness of applications, provide a list of potential focal point or problematic establishments to assist in the enforcement efforts, and provide revenue projections.

The information gathering process also includes two roundtable sessions for which we are seeking and encouraging participation and input.
