Addition of 5 alcohol content categories for wine items.

Addition of a field to indicate combination packs or limited availability item. All products listed as limited availability must still obtain prior approval from the Authority.

1. Why must I file price schedules for liquor and wine?
Section 101-b.3(a) of the ABC Law prohibits the sale or purchase by a licensee of any brand of liquor or wine unless a price schedule is filed with the State Liquor Authority.

Yes. Monthly price schedules are required for both liquor and wine.

4. I am having difficulty obtaining the TTB#'s for my products, how do I submit my price postings while I work to obtain this information?
While the online price posting system requires the TTB# for all wines, an entry of P to reflect Pending is acceptable in the system and will be allowed for the wines until 01/01/2008. After 01/01/2008 the P entry for Pending should only be used on products that are pending approval with TTB.

5. How do I post combination packs?
A field is being added to the system for you to indicate a combination pack. Once selected, the price per bottle field will not be required. Supply the BLR# or TTB# from one of the bottles in the pack and make sure that all items included are listed separately in your posting as well.

6. How do I post limited availability products?
A field is being added to the system for you to indicate if a product is considered limited availability. If selected, the price per case field will not be required. Please note that prior approval from the Authority is required for posting of limited availability products.

7. How do make price corrections after the posting deadline?
Price corrections after the posting deadline can be submitted to the Wholesale Bureau for consideration. If approved the correction will be made to the online system by the Wholesale Bureau. Please include the specific product information and reason for the correction with your request.
