All Night New Year's Eve 2012 Permit Filing Deadline

Applications for All Night Permits for New Years’ Eve 2012 must be filed no later than November 16, 2012, outside of New York City and the counties of Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk and Rockland.

The deadline for applying for New Year’s Eve “all night permits” has been extended for licensees in the areas affected by Hurricane Sandy (New York City and the counties of Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk and Rockland), from November 16 to December 1.
