500 Foot Hearing - Buffalo

By law, these hearings are held when the Authority is presented with an application for an “on-premises” liquor license in a municipality of 20-thousand (20,000) or more people where there are already three or more “on-premises” liquor licenses within 500 feet of the premises to which an application is being sought.
